I actually don’t even believe that it’s a company and that there’s anyone running the app. We did find a coach that part was nice. He was great and a good fit for my daughter, but we had to drive over 30 miles and over 40 minutes away to meet the after multiple attempts by the coach still would not provide a copy of their insurance in order for for us to practice nearby, my home, which is what I signed up for, at a public park The coach emailed several times. I emailed several times. Crickets. There is no customer service. I think AI is running the app and someone is just pocketing the money. I wish I had read reviews online sooner because I am the first person to have a terrible experience with Customer Service of any customer service. Use another company.
