My estate agent insisted I use this awful app and pay £54 for the privilege. To complete the process you need to use both the app and a browser.

App doesn’t work on iPad, some functionality has to be done via web browser and to add insult to injury, I have to pay for the privilege.  This might make life easy for idle estate agents, but as a house purchaser I expect better

Passport chip scanning constantly failed (despite working instantaneously when I used the government ID checker just days ago). Document options are far too limited - it’s 2026 - no one does utilities or banking on paper.
