I only use it because of my employer. Our former payroll company was so much better as well as their app experience. Used to get paid a day before paid day. Now I don’t get early paid days. And I don’t access to my own PTO time. I can’t even see how much time I have acquired. Requires text message verification every time it’s opened and logs you out automatically every 30 minutes. Text message verification only works about half the time and it will keep making you do it again. I put in the verification code and it still doesn’t log me in. If there are already issues with login i can’t imagine how garbage the rest of the app is. It’s not a real app. Won’t keep me logged in and I have to go through the whole security code thing every single time.
