I press a button no response then two seconds later it responds to what I had pressed or nothing happens and it freezes so I close the app thinking it would work better when I open it again…nope just as glitchy. They are patient, loving, I love they follow the teachings of Cesar Millan, they are professional and friendly. Above all they work amazing results training dogs as well as humans! The 3 hour post training session with the owners was amazing. We learn so much! They were patient and took time with us also!
