I press a button no response then two seconds later it responds to what I had pressed or nothing happens and it freezes so I close the app thinking it would work better when I open it again…nope just as glitchy. I have made many help desk tickets all with no response FOR MONTHS !! They take your money and don’t respond !!! SCAM SCAM SCAM ### 1/5 — Will not cancel subscription *2023-06-12* Canceled my service back in April,and every month they keep sending me invoices and I have reached back to them every month telling them that I had canceled this back in April and they keep saying that they’re going to take care of it and here it is June and they’re still charging my account, so once you sign up for this, don’t expect it to be easy to cancel it **Developer response:** Hi Robert, I'm so sorry here for the delay in getting your account cancelled. Getting Coast cancelled is an easy process, but there was a miscommunication between our team members. We've got your account cancelled and refunded the previous charges as well. ### 1/5 — Adding back *2023-03-18, version 10.1.1* Once you get removed and added back on to coast there’s a possibility that you won’t be able to see anything on the app ### 1/5 — Hate this app *2022-04-03, version 8.11.8* We just started using this app 4-5 weeks ago and it’s been the worst ran into glitches with loading up my pictures of my schedule whenever I text the group chat I also get a pop up asking me if they love it and none of them let me say I hate it so I went out of my way to rate this app poorly since it’s really not great at all use anything else tbh or discord ### 1/5 — Annoying to use and they don't stop annoying you *2022-03-11, version 8.11.7* i had to use this app as an employee at my job, this app was so annoying to use, and i can tell it was hard for them to manage, most of the rolls let users remove others and its a lain when it defaults to make them admin. then coast support keeps messaging me over and over asking for feedback, they call me, email me, message me in coast, give me a pop up saying "do you like coast" and the inky two options are "its great" and "its OK" i want to have a no option, as a company having that just makes you seem entitled. the face that you call my personal number daily is creepy and i dont like it. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2021-03-10, version 7.20.2* Cannot link any accounts. For the first 2 weeks it was good and did exactly what I needed (however I will add it took me about a full day to figure out how it works in general — there’s no instructions or guide of how to use it so for first timers using the app it is confusing). But after the 2 weeks all of a sudden everything I’m trying to do is extremely limited (and from my knowledge and memory, I do not remember anywhere it stating there will be a “trial period”). Now that I reached out to support they’re trying to charge me $24 per user PER MONTH to do the most basic thing possible (have my workers only be able to VIEW their schedules). If the app stated at the very beginning about this stuff I wouldn’t be so upset but to have users in a way use the app and then be told “you have to pay now” is messed up. To test it out I even had a friend of mines make a new account and see if I missed any of those details stating there is a trial period and a plan will need to be paid eventually. But like what I remembered none of these “plans” was stated in the beginning. **Developer response:** Hi Jhem, I apologize that we were not clear on the differences between the free and paid version. Every user that signs up initially get on a 7 day trial of our paid version. Afterwards, they get moved down to the free version with less features available. I also wanted to clarify the pricing. We had all been given up, were desperate for a solution besides the worst. The staff here worked miracles with her. They are patient, loving, I love they follow the teachings of Cesar Millan, they are professional and friendly. Above all they work amazing results training dogs as well as humans! The 3 hour post training session with the owners was amazing. We learn so much! They were patient and took time with us also!
