### 1/5 — Field

Worst decision to go this route, if you don't have cell service and need to get fuel at remote locations the app doesn't work. This card is dedicated to a specific vehicle(vin number). My truck (dodge ram 2500) broke down so had to swap to a different truck, so my card doesn't work on other fleet vehicles so now fueling up a different vehicle the card is useless.. this app is completely worthless, if someone has the card on them and doesn't keep it with the fleet vehicle you can't purchase fuel for the vehicle you swapped to. If you lose the card you are stranded.. awful program..

### 1/5 — Useless

Don’t waste your time. Unfortunately my company has decided this is the route they want to go down. I will be advocating for a different solution. I have attempted to use this card 4 times. 3 on weekends. It does not work without me calling support. Guess when you cannot get support? Weekends. And apparently they can only tell you if your card is ready to use or not. Which you can see in the app. The app that apparently you have to use in conjunction with the card and pray to a higher power that it will work without out going to 2-4 different gas stations. What happened to just a card? Why the app? Seems like the are trying to fix a problem with fuel management that didn’t exist or just reinvent the wheel. Either way the lack of support when needed and convoluted system to simply get gas is not worth it. I don’t know where to tell you to go, but it’s not here.

### 1/5 — Forgets my credentials

*2025-06-21*

Every time I use this app it forces me to add my cardID and license plate. Luckily it semi-remembers them when I tap the empty fields for ID and plate number it suggests the correct numbers. If you can remember that info as a suggestion why oh why do you not just leave it in the field so I can skip that step and just add my odometer reading. It is not for a security reason because the info is being suggested. It is just to slow me down and press 4 more button taps. “Tap the empty id field, tap the suggested id number. Tap the empty plate field. Tap the suggested number. Then check in and add odometer.” Please please just save that info and allow me to just check in and add a new odometer.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback - we can see how that would be frustrating! The reason the app prompts you to sign in to a card and vehicle before every purchase is because of a setting your fleet administrator has enabled in Coast to increase the safety of your card in case it's ever lost. You can reach out to them directly to adjust your policy settings.

### 5/5 — Fleet manager

*2026-07-21*

Great user interface and top of the line customer support. Makes my life easier day to day and can capture receipts, job codes, etc as well as log into the card itself to use it. Would recommend to fleets and companies of all sizes.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2026-05-30*

The app is easy to use and see all my purchases. It’s very simple to fuel up anywhere I need.

### 5/5 — Control what you can control!!

*2026-05-18*

Great security features to minimize/eliminate fraud and mis-use.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-05-15*

Far and away the best card and expense app that I’ve ever used.

### 5/5 — Great App Redesign

*2026-05-14*

Like the App redesign. Lots of functionality. Having access to full wallet on mobile is great.

### 5/5 — Good for fuel & expense reports

*2025-06-06*

Card works everywhere, even Costco for fuel. My company makes me do expense reports in the app, it’s better than what we had before
