Now I just found out the extra $300 I said to apply to my principal was kept in my saving account with them l instead of it bringing down loans amount. I specifically said apply it to my loan and to my principal. They are really trying to rip as much interest from you as possible. Shady shady business practices. I have to make two bank transfers (one from checking to savings and then 2nd from savings to loan account) each taking a few days to process. Please fix, Coast360! Speaking of logging in, I’m constantly logged out and locked out making it incredibly hard to log back in. I’ve had to reset my password several times because of ‘invalid username/ password’ or because my account is ‘restricted’.
