## What is Coastal Community Credit Union?

Enjoy instant access to your account information while you’re on the go through Coastal Community’s iPhone app. It’s secure, easy to use, and a convenient way to view your account balances onscreen, transfer funds and pay bills without having to log in!
With Coastal Community’s iPhone app, you can:
• Manage accounts 
• View recent transactions and account activity
• Pay bills or set up future payments 
• View and edit upcoming bills and transfers  
• Transfer money between your accounts, to other Credit Union members, or use Interac® eTransfer to transfer funds to other financial institutions.
• Choose to display account balances onscreen without having to log in 
• Receive messages about your account activity directly to your phone 
• Keep track of foreign exchange rates  
• Find your nearest Coastal Community Location by visiting the Branch/ATM locator utilizing your phone’s GPS
In order to make the best use of this app, please ensure that you have already registered and logged in to Online Banking. If you do not have your Online Banking set up, then this app will still allow you to access the Branch/ATM locator, Rates and our Contact Us information.

How does this app possibly have 4.6 stars? Compared to other banking apps this app is junk. Buggy, missing loads of features that other banks have, constant login problems, logs me out constantly, often the app is offline. It’s garbage

I like the security offered by going through my credit union! They have great customer service and could teach a few companies a thing or two!

I have been very happy with the pleasant service which I have received whether it has been in person or on the phone,
I would highly recommend CCCU over any other banking institution, because I feel that “I” matter, that I am not “just a number”.  

To me, this is “Relationship Banking”.

Good app but it has a new glitch where I can deposit in app, just says “requires full screen” with no other buttons to press or options… please fix this it’s a great app otherwise

Bank is great - staff are amazing. I wish I had better things to say about the app though: it’s extremely slow, unreliable with no wifi - even with good data packages; it inconsistently logs me in and out while using the app (I have “keep me logged in” checked); has weird errors (lists three credit cards when I have two); and has an extremely glitchy and rudimentary user interface.

But - not when many retailers tell me they “always have problems with the green Coastal Community debit cards. Our customers often have to insert their card and enter their passcode in order to pay for merchandise because the tap function just doesn’t effing work.”
