The CCCU site is straightforward and easy to navigate for which I am thankful. The constant shifting between pages every time an action, deposit, payment, transfer, is made is very hard on the eyes. It is also a constant interruption to the thought process, especially while trying to pay bills. In the older format all listed bills were on the same page. All a person had to do was choose which bill(s) they wanted to pay, then click pay bills. This new format is constantly shifting between the selected bill, the account info, the amount. I run into this problem. Repeatedly when paying my credit card bill. The app refuses to accept any of my various passwords. Then I phone you. Wait on hold. Only to have someone remind me that my account goes in active after 90 days. I would waste a lot less time and be less frustrated if the app simply told me this in the first place. On top of this there appears to be a bewildering array of member numbers, personal access, codes, and code words. All this conspires to routinely leave me feeling… Baffled! I don’t like approaching your services with a feeling of trepidation and the expectation that I’m gonna waste more time than necessary to do something as simple as paying a bill. When I compare them to the other banks they are always years ahead! Yes I said years. Photo cheques instead of returning the actual check was the first start of it all and they started that pegs as much as 5 or 10 years before others!
