Most of the time it works like dialup. I’ll tap on something to access it and I wonder if my phone has frozen or locked up. Unfortunately the last year of using the app has presented some issues from an end user perspective. How does one reset the password? This is basic functionality that does not exist in the app. One is prompted to call customer service which is not available in the evenings or on weekends. We have been locked out of our account for two days. As a Director of Engineering with a background in Quality Assurance this is not acceptable. There should be options presented to the customer to reset their password and verify user information from within the application. When I try, Coastal says to open the bank app to approve the connection. So I open your app, and… nothing happens! WHERE am I supposed to approve the connection request? The supposed “layout customization option” doesn’t even let me remove this bloat. Note to Coastal…DONT PUT ADS IN MY BANKING APP! Cashback offers is not a service I want or signed up for when I joined this credit union. Information is harder to find, harder to read.
