## What is Cobalt Link+?

Cobalt Link+ is a flexible, cross-platform screen sharing and remote control solution.

This application enables the remote control of your iPhone or iPad from a compatible display running Cobalt Link+ viewer software.

This makes it possible to use apps and other features on the device in a dedicated setting, for example via a vehicle's touch screen whilst parked, or on the move. This may include in-car navigation apps, music streaming, making or receiving phone calls, and even playing video games when in a safe location.

Communication between the display device and the mobile device may be conducted either wirelessly or via USB cable. Simply pairing them over Bluetooth is usually the first stage, or plugging a compatible cable from the display into your devices charging port.

You can then access all your favourite apps in a safe, convenient and enjoyable way!

    - Improved notification behaviour: unintended extra notifications has been removed.
      Users are alerted to a connection from a new Viewer via notification.
    - More intuitive behaviour when requesting Bluetooth permission. It is
      now requested when the app is opened and users are altered if it is not
      granted when required.
    - Users can now reveal the authentication password temporarily to make it
      easier to correct mistakes.

    - Improved reliability of server discovery on the local network.
    - Better messaging when pointer calibration fails.

Bug fixes:
    - The server no longer warns the user that Bluetooth is off, when it is not.
