GRTA Express app is better *2018-01-10, version 1.0* This app is a waste of space on your phone. It never works. The interface is confusing and unreliable and the data is not accurate. The app that the GRTA Xpress Service uses is so much better. I wish the designers of that app would design one for Cobb Link. It also does not include the circular routes which were added last year. Then I realized I received so MANY “courtesy” rides … that complaining was insane. Yea the app is a lil “wild” at times, but most of the times it’s on point. The times I did miss it … I knew better. 5 stars to my COBB LINC drivers they got it rough out here enough…. Much love 💯 ### 5/5 — People be sleep on the app *2020-03-26, version 1.0* It’s not the perfect app, it’s just like Marta app. It shows you where the bus is, it actually shows lines towards the bus stop, something Marta doesn’t have, and it give you times. Now, ofc the times are not the best and just like the Marta app, buses aren’t shown on the app but it’s just a different version of the Marta app. ### 2/5 — Work in progress *2019-12-12, version 1.0* I agree with other comments about the app being confusing. I ride the 100 route to downtown Atlanta. Half the time the app says I am outside of the Cobb transit area when I am 50’ from the bus station. Other times it allows access downtown. Some of the buses do not seem to be tracking. Sometimes it is spot on, other show a delay longer than the spacing between busses and then a bus shows up about 13-15 min early. This is about the interval time between buses. It would be a helpful app if everything worked. ### 2/5 — Wasteful, Unreliable, Inefficient *2018-07-26, version 1.0* App acts brand new every time I open it, showing me a full tutorial even though I do not select “show me tips next time.” Also, it’s doesn’t show all of the busses in circulation.
