The CobbLinc app is a one-stop-shop app for Cobb's Microtransit and Paratransit services. Microtransit CobbLinc Go is a new on-demand microtransit transit service tailored to improve access in South Cobb, across Austell, Powder Springs, and southwestern Marietta. The service will operate in one large service area comprising the previous three FLEX zones. Commute, run errands, connect to the route 25 & 30 bus lines, and more, all on your schedule. The service is a part of a two-year pilot program to enhance public transportation in South Cobb. Book a microtransit ride in the CobbLinc app or call us a few minutes before you're ready to leave. We'll pick you up and drop you off steps from your door. When you ride, you'll be grouped with others headed in the same direction. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available. Paratransit CobbLinc's Paratransit Service is a shared-ride, curb-to-curb service for customers with disabilities who are not able to use the regular bus service (also called "fixed route") for some or all of their trips because of a disability or other limitations. CobbLinc provides Paratransit Service through a contract with Transdev, but monitors and oversees all aspects of the service. Connect to shopping, social events, medical appointments, hospitals, jobs, and more around Cobb County with our free app, CobbLinc. Paratransit service is provided Monday through Sunday and the daily operating hours are comparable to CobbLinc's local bus service hours. The service area for CobbLinc's Paratransit Service covers a three-quarter (¾) mile radius around the existing local bus routes in Cobb County and limited areas in Fulton County. Please call CobbLinc to book your trip up to 3 days in advance, and receive trip reminders and updates on vehicle arrival time. The reservationist will let you know your 30 minute pickup window for when the vehicle will arrive. You are expected to be ready at any time during that pickup window. On the day before your trip, you will receive an automated call or text reminder for each trip you have scheduled. When our vehicle is near your location on the day of the trip, we will send you an automated call or text notification. When your driver arrives, they will wait up to 6 minutes at your pickup location. If they arrive early, they will wait until the start of your pickup window, and then wait another 6 minutes. There may be others on board, and you may make some additional stops before you reach your desired destination. You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the app. Our vehicles are wheelchair accessible and are operated by specially trained drivers.
