IOS 10 is having some bugs ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — THERE MANY CHECKERS VARIATIONS… *2022-12-04* “American Pool” checkers what most of us in the U.S. grew playing and our version didn’t require “Forced Captures” which means if you can jump 1 or 2, and so on, of your opponent’s pieces, you MUST do so….there are atleast 15-20+ variations of checkers with rule changes like this that I know of and probably more…so if you choose to play by these rules, thats fine, but there are MANY people around the world who do NOT recognize these rules, but it’s personal preference and the rules you follow doesn’t mean everyone has to follow them. For an example, in the U.S. we drive on the right side of the road….but in other countries they drive on the left side of the road so it’s your responsibility if you visit a country to make sure you drive on the correct side…NO 1 side is better than the other….by the way though….Forced captures do suck…I prefer to have FULL control of ALL of my pieces….just saying! ### 1/5 — Is this a Joke 😐? *2022-09-14* Me and my girl wanted to play checkers. I’m a world champion and I wanted to impress her with my skills, but guess what? When I went to make the first move the game froze, when my girl went to make the first move the game froze…are you serious apple? A multi billion dollar company and me and my girl can’t play checkers?? Me and my friend try playing this, when I send it to my friend he said that he can't play and that it's just a Image. How are we suppose play like that? We both have the iOS 10 until they fix it it's best to not download it. Loving it. ### 5/5 — For those complaining about jumps. *2016-09-17* Here is an excerpt from the American Checkers Association rule 1.20 1.20 - All capturing moves are compulsory, whether offered actively or passively. This adds strategy because you can force your opponent to jump and set up more complex counters because of it. Learn the rules of the game before you complain. ### 4/5 — Music *2016-10-13* I like it a lot. Fun game to play. Two things i dont like is the fact that it forces me to make moves sometimes. That i think is official checker rules though so whatever... the one thing that needs to be fixed is the fact it pauses music because that is completely unnecessary. ### 4/5 — ONE ISSUE, EASY TO FIX *2016-09-30* Only thing I'm having an issue with is that whenever I open up the game to make a move, the music I'm listening to pauses and stops playing. And yes the game opens as an image sometimes but that's just a bug that'll be fixed soon, no reason not to download this ### 3/5 — Audio issue *2016-10-09* Should have audio ducking enabled. No other iMessage apps I use kill background audio.
