But i assure you that’s not the case here. I repeatedly have to have it unlocked. It also has the FaceID feature which clearly doesn’t work. This App simply doesnt compete with competitors like Chase, Bank of America, ENT credit Union , etc. Do better. ### 1/5 — Over a year old and doesn’t work with Face ID *2020-03-20, version 4.4.2.21* This version was last updated in September 2018! Face ID errors trying to sign in! Their tech support says “Face ID is not very reliable. You’ll have to take off glasses to get it to work” - bs! Their banks are wisely not opening their walk in offices right now. I got this to do online check deposits. I have a secure password that I use to login with Face ID. If I have a VPN on or am traveling it shuts off Face ID. This forces me to change my password from the secure one to one I can remember and have to type in every single time. The only reason I even try to use the app is remote check deposit. Sub-par App Platform *2023-02-05, version 5.0.10.290* Despite deleting and reinstalling the app, which usually works…denied access to the network on both my iPhone and iPad. This is frustrating. What is even more frustrating is the app itself is very limited in services when you can actually access your account. The login won’t save my password and requires a code sent by text message for each login. I can’t use features like bill pay and transfers without going on a web browser first. Slow customer service. Really frustrating. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Whenever I try to log in it says “unable to process request”. I was just trying to cash in a check. Terrible terrible app ### 1/5 — I hate this app *2020-06-11, version 4.6.2.1143* This apps still needs some serious work. I am constantly having to change my password, I’m on at least password number 10, I've changed it twice this week alone. Touch ID works for a little bit but then it doesn’t ask for it one day, doesn’t remember it, and locks me out when I enter it in. Also, what it doesn’t tell you is that if you want to transfer money between accounts you have to log onto their website and enable the transfer before doing transfers in the app. Not a fun experience when I was at the grocery store and while checking out I went to transfer funds from Savings to Checking just for it to say “no transfer relationship” so I tried calling the customer service number and found out they are only available until 7pm. So I had to return my groceries. Only later did I find out that transfers need to be made through the website first. Save yourself the embarrassment and hassle and bank some where else. I hate Wells Fargo but they’re app is the best. Online is a great tool too but I have a habit of checking my accounts when I wake up so it’s nice and convenient! I use Face ID and as usual, there’s always a recalibrate day one every few months where it’ll have me use my password and reactivate the Face ID but that’s common with a lot of secure apps I use! Love the safety features and ease of use! Zelle is right in the app so I can save some space on my phone, I can mobile deposit checks if I’m not making it to the bank and can use the bill pay feature too which is super helpful!
