Would not allow me to send crypto and had to use recovery keys to use a different hard wallet. Poorly designed and buggy iPhone app. Support email communications use incorrect English. Basically keep away from this PRC junk and use Coldcard.

Though I like the cobo vault physical appearance, the app is how you actually transact, and it’s not very good. 
Personally my app does not even launch 9 times out of 10, effectively holding my funds hostage,  as there isn’t a clear way i can transfer them without it. 

i don’t feel like my funds are safe here

Upgraded to latest app and now I can’t withdraw bitcoin, just get a white screen, 3 days and no response from support so far, terrible support!!!

Wallet works well enough. I like that it’s just simple and not super flashy… gives me exactly what I need.

Developer request: please please please add commas for USD. That would make this app perfect, IMO.

Dear developer(s), PLEASE add a commas to the fiat values throughout the app. 

I’m happy with the rest of the app, but it is frustrating to not have commas.

I went to this wallet after leaving Edge Wallet. This one leaves a lot to be desired. I moved most of my crypto back to Edge and am considering just making this a btc hardware wallet only due to the front end support of this app.

The Cobo hardware wallet is great & better then the ellipal in some ways but the app has some Technical bugs . There needs to be a back button on the app . Also when trying to create a transaction the app will freeze most of the time . Other then that there’s potential that just needs to be solved . Very easy and cool but just fixing the bugs on the app can make it the best wallet . Having multiple apps for different wallets too is a error in my opinion . There should only be one app for all hardware wallets .

Love the app and the rate of improvement.

Would be nice if:
- there were push notifications for send, confirmation, receive.
- ability to see all wallet balances on “choose wallet” selection with a selectable coin type
- ability to remove a currency type from a wallet (similar to how you can in the hardware itself)
- change from yuan currency to “default currency” under the “receive” screen for btc (seems hardcoded)
- ability to reorder wallets in “choose wallet” screen

I’m surprised I’m the first one to write a review here. If you need a good hardware wallet then Cobo Vault is a good option. The app easily works with the device. It’s simple to use, and you can set your own transaction fees by just moving the slider. Go buy one now for the coming bull run! 🚀
