When I tried to redeem it on a Friday the hotel said I must use a weekend voucher for a Friday. I asked Cobone to allow me to exchange the voucher for a weekend voucher, while I will pay the difference, and they simply refused! I checked the voucher conditions and the fine print and no where does it stipulate that a WEEKDAY voucher excludes Friday!! I’m blown away they refuse to help even when I’m willing to pay for something THEY have mislabelled! Never using their service again!! ### 1/5 — Fraud *2024-11-18, version 2.11.0* They are fraud they charge my card and email me they have some technical issue now i m standing outside legoland wigh no other option i need my 400$ refund ### 2/5 — Doesn’t support google maps *2024-10-13, version 2.10.3* Always suggests opening apple maps instead of giving both options that is google map and apple map later let the user decide which map he/she wants to use . Customer service just tells me to email, but no resolution. Only buy last-minute if you’re sure to use it—otherwise, they’ll keep your money.
