It won’t let me login, find and clip coupons, show my fuel rewards. The previous more rewards did everything that was needed. I have made several suggestions and NO CHANGES have happened. The old app was organized and easier to find coupons that I use. It takes TOO much effort to find things on this app. Please update the app using your customer’s concerns! ### 1/5 — All of it *2025-01-04* New and old app are both horrible. I thought the new one was going to be awesome because the old one was horrible. Horrible + Horrible =Worse. Can’t switch between stores. Spent a hour and a half making a list on new app. Then added one more thing and my list went down to 3 items from 36 items. That was after I went through the weekly add. Clipped coupons. Also when you hit an item and a bunch of choices pop up you can’t read them anyway because it literally doesn’t have enough room in the little square to tell you what it is. In that same boat load of choices there are dreaded acronyms. It’s ridiculous. It also gives choices to pick that aren’t even at the store you choose. Example is if you pick Pepsi. It shows you a litany of Pepsi products but when you get to “your” chosen store it’s not there. I asked an employee. They said they don’t have it and never did. I asked the employee what is the point of choosing a “store”? I’m not a jerk to employees or the service desk as I know they are just trying their best. But….. to the app developers. Why ?? This app is just horrible. Get rid of the whole thing and start over. It truly should have somehow been checked for bugs and then rechecked before the launch. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2024-12-27, version 3.46.2* Super slow and very poorly designed. Video pop up bombs when searching online ad. One of the worst app designs I’ve ever seen ### 1/5 — New app is garbage *2024-12-11* So I have had a more reward account for years. The old app keeps prompting me to move over to this. The Coborns shopping app still works fine , just downloaded to try out. The app opens but as soon as I click to log in to my account a blank white loading screen pops up. The loading circle spins for hours. App is useless unless you can be a guest… (I have an account I would like to manage so being a guest means theirs app is useless. ### 1/5 — New Coborn’s App Missing features *2024-11-25* One of two greatest disappointments with the new app is lack of features for the “Mores” app. The Mores app retained copies of all receipts for groceries and prescriptions. Coborn’s new app either dropped, or is missing, this critical feature. The other disappointment and frustration was the installation process was awful to the point that I was ready forego the new app altogether. (See other comments on installation.) I looked forward to giving the new app a 4 or 5 soon very soon. ### 1/5 — Rewards balances??? *2024-11-25, version 3.44.0* JUST GIVE US ONE BUTTON THATS EASY TO FIND THAT SHOWS REWARDS BALANCES PLEASE!!! It seems like a simple ask that keeps getting ignored. Example: a rolling the poorly designed/laid out weekly ad… every few items a video auto plays/launches. If I go to the weekly ad, I’m there to browse the ad, NOT watch a pointless video about asparagus. It’s also incredibly buggy, particularly the coupons area. I’d give this zero stars if I could. Unfortunately this sort of thing is par for the course for what is basically the “only game in town” when it comes to grocery stores in Central MN… no focus on consumers. Just egregiously high prices and an app that gets progressively worse. Please don’t bother responding to this review Coborn’s, Inc. I don’t want to hear your “I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the mobile app” nonsense. Do a little more UAT and QA testing for your app and leverage your regional clout to pass on lower prices to your customers. ### 1/5 — Worst shopping app ever *2024-10-27, version 3.38.1* I love Coborns, but this app is the worst ever. Please bring back the old app or else make this one more user friendly. It’s very difficult to make a shopping list, add digital coupons before the store and it’s even worse to use in the store when you add something. Awful. ### 1/5 — Stupid app *2024-10-13, version 3.36.0* I can only see the liquor store in Foley!!! I shop in Mora. I can’t see the coupons it only shows the savings but not what the product is. I want the old app back. ### 1/5 — New system is a pain *2024-10-06* I downloaded the new app in late June, which took some time, & it has been a pain to use coupons ever since. On one occasion the cashier/service counter person took my phone and deleted the app saying I needed to download it again. 😳 In each visit that I virtually clip a coupon on the app, it doesn’t show up at the register. I shop in store and have in the past used the app for pricing as well as loading the coupons. Although wouldn’t it be great if things were just on sale and you didn’t need to clip an online coupon??? And fuel rewards—why do I now need to click and login and fix different spots to find out where I’m at for amounts? There’s a main page “quick link” to what it says is More Rewards, but it just brings you to your account numbers when more often than not what you’re looking for how much you have in fuel rewards or pharmacy rewards. ### 1/5 — Can’t shop in my town *2026-02-16* Says there’s no coborns in my area, forced me to update to this new app but I can’t shop at cashwise or see what’s in stock in my local store. Terrible app and gas rewards expire now instead of letting you stack them like you used to be able to do. My items keep going into my cart like I’m picking them up. Can’t find the coupons any place!! By reading the comments others are having the same problem. Works on my IPhone. ### 1/5 — Very poor *2025-03-01* This app is not user friendly. One of the things I need it for most is tracking my fuel rewards. On the old app I could see exactly when various amounts of the rewards expired. Now that is not an option. I have no idea how much time I have left before cents start dropping off. Works so smoothly that I spend way too much😂 ### 2/5 — Coborns marketplace *2025-08-01* This wasn’t always the greatest app but it worked, at least, most of the time! I’m not sure why but now it just crashes it opens , loads pictures then immediately closes! Because I have an older iPad I thought oh great, maybe they did an update and now it doesn’t work on here anymore! HOWEVER, I went to the App Store to check and it states that it should work. Not sure what happened between today and last weeks add when I checked it mid week but now it crashes as soon as I try to open it! On both my iPad and my iphone ! Very disappointed, hope you fix soon! ### 2/5 — Some pros…some cons *2024-11-03* Starting with the cons, 1. Items no longer show price per oz or lb. In this economy I often shopped that way especially since packaging amounts all differ. 2) I feel like I’m bouncing back and forth to see if I got the sale items or got the coupon Clipped. Not intuitive. Wish you could make your lists and add easily to the grocery purchase. Pros.. easier to search for items. I like that you can add sale items from the ad more easily. The old app was hard to navigate items and search functions didn’t always find an item so you had to try multiple tries. Bring back cost for unit pricing please! ### 2/5 — Downgrade from More Rewards app *2024-08-14* This app is to replace the old More Rewards app. There are several features present in the old app but not in this new app, including but not limited to: general ease of use, quickness to navigate menus, categories for coupons, weekly ad organization, fuel reward details and expiration dates, ability to modify school rewards settings, and the search bar on top only searches items to purchase so you can no longer search coupons, recipes, the weekly ad or anything else. I am displeased that this “upgrade” made the use of the app more difficult and unpleasant. Sadly, this could definitely affect my frequency of shopping at Coborns. ### 2/5 — Some problems *2024-08-07* Figuring out how to log into this new app was a long (one hour) and rather difficult process. Don’t start out by going in as a guest, as you then can’t do an actual account unless you delete the app first. The new app will not show your you Rewards levels. It will only show your you’re rewards number, or information about Rewards and the categories. Based on a few tries, the search engine does seem to work better. Update: I figured out how to see row Rewards levels. Go to Manage MORE Rewards. It will show you your More Rewards number. To the right of you’re number, click on the pencil in a box icon (usually means edit). This will take you to your rewards amounts.
