Beware if you receive COBRA benefits through this “COBRA Link” intermediary.  The app is garbage and their customer support is all outsourced to some locale where nobody speaks English.  I’ve been getting the run-around trying to get a basic question about my benefits answered.

Can’t log in.  Given incorrect account code.  CS can’t speak English.  Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
