My account has been “in the oven” for so long it must be ashes by now. Meanwhile I have a ton of rewards points that I can’t use because my sign up on the app is incomplete. Cobs Breads is fabulous but the app they use for their rewards program is the WORST app I have ever used. ### 1/5 — Dysfunctional App *2025-07-02, version 2.0.2* After logging in I am redirected to the 'Get Started' page where the only option is to log in again. Tried finishing my registration on line. Keep getting ‘another user has this phone number’. Argh! ### 1/5 — What’s it’s purpose? *2026-05-07* I have the app, but so far as I can see it has no purpose. You can log into your account track your points and see the blog in recipes but all of this is stuff that you can do from the website anyways. What it doesn’t do is tell you what they currently have for sale or what items they have in stock or what locations they have, all things that you have to go to the website for. So if you have to go to the website anyways, why bother with the app that gives you very little information? ### 1/5 — Bad App *2026-05-04* This app never let me log in after I registered with all my data it just goes on a constant loop that it’s verifying my info and will get back to me. I opened my app, main page opened up with my breadcrumb balances, etc. then app logged me out and went to a page asking me to select my country and a get started button. I click on get started, and it opens a web browser that says welcome at the top, and a back button. The rest of the page is blank. So I installed the update. Same thing. Can you please fix? Maybe make it like Starbucks where the points card doubles as a gift card. ### 3/5 — Account setup process needs strengthening *2025-07-08, version 2.1.0* I saw a lot of frustrated reviewers because the signup process is not customer-friendly. I did my sign up on their website, experienced similar confusion as many of the reviews described here- “incorrect password” or “back to the login page again”. After several trial and error, I found out that you have to complete the verification code (sent to email) first before setting up password. After successfully setting up password, you will be able to access and view your profile, but if you just exit and try re-entering you’ll get the error page. I think it’s because the browser led you back to the initial setup page. You need to log out, and then open the website on a new tab. Then you will be able to sign in. I didn’t download this app until the next day with no problem at all. ### 3/5 — Needs Apple wallet intergration. *2025-03-01, version 2.0.1* Great app. Simple design and works well. I agree with that idea to streamline the points accumulation process. Also add the hours to the bakery finder feature.
