I miss the games you used to get. I find a lot of my receipts that are valid don’t get accepted, which is annoying.

when I first downloaded this app in 2025 , i really enjoyed it because of the games, and also the fact that you could win . I’m upset that over time and as of now , it is mostly scan receipts to enter Fanta or mostly sprite comps . It’s sad because it’s not like the Coca Cola company is essentially low on money , so them making their app scan to win is very greedy . that’s all.

Die App an sich ist ganz cool aber was ich nicht verstehe ist, bei den Preisen ( zb. trikots) steht „jede woche neue trikots“…bis jetzt (fast 2 wochen) wurde nichts geupdated was ich komisch finde! Würde es sonst weiterempfehlen

**Developer response:** Neue Prämien werden in der Coke App in der Regel montags gegen Mittag oder Nachmittag freigeschaltet. Einen genauen Zeitpunkt können wir dir leider nicht nennen.
Bitte beachte, dass die Anzahl der verfügbaren Prämien begrenzt ist. Besonders beliebte Artikel, wie beispielsweise die Trikots, sind daher oft innerhalb weniger Minuten vergriffen.

Habe ganz viele Punkte Zettel gesammelt und sie dann aufeinmal ein zu malen und es wurde immer wieder angezeigt Code ungültig was ich ziemlich doof finde da ich das fertig machen wollte wenn ich bald wieder alle Codes weiter eingeben kann und wirklich ein Trikot bekomme ist die App gut 😁

**Developer response:** Bitte beachte dass pro Tag maximal 25 Codes eingegeben werden können. Die Codes dürfen nicht zu schnell hintereinander eingegeben werden, da es sonst zu Fehlermeldungen kommen kann. Zwischen den Eingaben sollte jeweils ein kurzer Moment gewartet werden.

Have used the app successfully for a couple of year but since Christmas 2025 kept getting an error message so decided to delete and reinstall. Now the app doesn’t recognise my email address to log in and an error message comes up when I try to create an account. Coco Cola still not replied from the contact form.

Have always loved 
Coke a Cola, back in the day you could write in and tell them how much you love Coke a cola and they would send you loads and I mean loads of stickers, activity pack and al sorts of goodies!

Try to redeem the free Coke after winning a voucher clicked on the link and then a timer started a countdown for one hour no information beforehand that it was on a time limit. Be careful.

Got this app from email marketing yet I can’t even sign up as when you send the “magic link” it has a loading page but then has a capture come up underneath the loading page so you can’t complete it leading to the loading page to never load.
