During the facial recognition, at a certain point, it gives an error and doesn't allow you to proceed further. It almost seems like you're only interested in obtaining biometric data. Be careful with this ### 1/5 — Migration to 3.0 Went terrible *2026-05-14* Migrated to their new version on April 24. ~$700 balance in the banking tab and the card disappeared. The banking tab is frozen. The card is declined at merchants. 24 hours later still the same, no help. Submitted tickets, get generic responses. Yet the money is gone. If the money isn’t restored or returned shortly will have to report them to the UAE and UK regulators and file police reports in Latvia. Upd: 3 weeks later I can see my money. Haven’t checked if I could use it yet. But there is a positive progress. Tickets 6784 and 6794. **Developer response:** Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. Thank you for your patience! ### 1/5 — No withdrawal from card account *2026-03-27* I deposited funds into the coca card account and it has turned out to be a nightmare, first their card don’t work at all no matter the merchant, then you can’t withdraw your funds from the card again , chatted to the customer support for days and they just kept giving generic answers , no help in sight they are still holding my funds up until moment and it baffles me that I might never be able to get it out **Developer response:** Hi there! If not, you can easily submit a ticket using this link: https://help.coca.xyz/support/tickets/new ### 1/5 — Verification Stuck – Funds Blocked, No Clear Instructions *2025-09-26, version 2.1.0* My COCA account has been blocked for over 6 weeks due to verification issues. • The app shows “More Data Needed”, but when I press “Add Documents” it only says “Thanks, your details are in” and keeps loading. • I only uploaded one basic document (a simple bank payslip), not enough to verify funds. I was expecting to see instructions on what is required, but the system froze. • I never received any email from COCA with specific requirements. • Support has not provided a clear answer or solution, and I still cannot re-upload or complete the process. Meanwhile, my account balance (~$8,400) is blocked, and I cannot use my card. This lack of transparency and support is unacceptable for a financial service. I urge COCA to fix this issue and provide clear verification steps to customers. ### 1/5 — Scam wallet *2025-09-14, version 2.0.2* I know how to use wallets, i transferred 100usd from my wallet to the card and it never came and went through all properly, if your looking to lose money use this app ### 1/5 — Irritated *2025-09-07* Oh, they just went 260 some dollars down the drain. I love this wallet at first, but now since all this money is missing, I don’t know. I topped up my wallet, and the very next day my account was shut down without any warning. Transactions take an absurdly long time to process — it honestly feels like everything is done manually.
