Quand on passe le palier des 25% pendant la marche il arrive que l’on ne sente pas les vibrations. Un simple popup sur le téléphone serait bien plus efficace. Idem quand on approche de zéro. En espérant que cette application évolue prochainement en ce sens. Merci par avance. ### 3/5 — Apple Watch *2025-09-30, version 2.9.0* L’appli est toujours bien. Mais je remets ce message deux ans après le premier pour savoir si vous comptez mettre une application compatible avec Apple Watch. J’avais bien compris que vous souhaitiez garder les fonds pour vous concentrer sur d’autres développement de prothèses, mais le coût d’une application Apple Watch est dérisoire étant donné que vous avez déjà l’appli de base iPhone. ### 2/5 — Unzuverlässige App *2025-07-21, version 2.9.0* Einstellung und Feinjustage der Beinprothese funktioniert ja ganz gut. Aber seit einiger Zeit steigt die App immer wieder aus. Es wird angezeigt, die Konfiguration des Passteils sei nicht korrekt. Die Aktivitätsdaten werden nicht angezeigt. Nach Löschen der App und Neuinstallation funktioniert es dann wieder eine Weile. Hier besteht eindeutig Nachbesserungbedarf. ### 3/5 — works but lacks in features *2025-05-30, version 2.9.0* Good: The app works as advertised and you’re able to change modes and select settings. Bad: Connecting to the component is quite slow. I’m using an iphone 14pro and genium x4. I think the app disconnects from the component as soon as you leave the app and this make reconnecting multiple times necessary and it takes too long. Maybe the app stays connected to the component for 5-10 minutes after you leave the app? I often switch modes multiple times during a workout session and waiting for the app to connect and reconnect and reconnect is a momentum killer. Wish: I want to see data graphs like a workout app. Steps taken every day/week/month—maybe averages too. Steps climbed. Time spent in various modes. I’d also like to see the battery data everyday like the battery graphs on Apple devices. Do I burn thru an average of 20% per day or maybe I had a day where I only used 10%? Maybe the app can use this data and everyday tells me how much time I have left on a charge. Cuz here I am sitting at 19% wondering if I can make it to the end of the day without a charger. I imagine other active users in an x4 would greatly appreciate this kind of information and feedback. Dream: Have the user be able to make a custom mode. Example: If the knee is held straight, pointed down, and horizontal for 3 seconds then it automatically activates into a locked knee. Go back into basic mode when component is vertical. Think—doing pushups without using the app to go in and out of locked knee/basic mode. Nitpick: App design is dated. UI could use a facelift. ### 3/5 — Bluetooth looses connection a lot *2025-04-07, version 2.9.0* For a leg that costs $120k, you’d think the app wouldn’t loose connection every time you try to make an adjustment. It’s also a pain to schedule an appointment with prosthetist to have to add customizable modes. However, with that being said, it is nice to be able to make small adjustments on the go. ### 2/5 — Apple Watch *2024-12-22, version 2.9.0* Why isn’t this app compatible with Apple Watch? Gelenk seit 2015! 🙈Der „Dual" Chip, der ein benutzen der Apple App möglich macht kam erst 2018 auf dem Markt. Zudem frag ich schon, warum ihr eure Techniker nicht erst fragt anstatt hier "minimiert"zu machen. 🥸 Die App selbst ist für den Normalanwender soweit gut aufgebaut. Regelmäßige log in neueingaben nerven schon und der Aktivtätsmodus schummelt auch. (Es werden an Prothesenfreien Tagen auch Schritte gezählt. Selbst wenn das Bein nur rum lag. Nothing. So Otto Bock refused to repair my prior leg (which I get — it’s old) but things aren’t exactly looking great for the latest models in terms of support. This app just opens and immediately starts screaming error. No updates for a full year? I no longer have the Cycling capability. This is extremely disappointing and limits my exercise! Is there a fix? ### 1/5 — Doesn't connect to genium *2020-09-12, version 2.4.65* App doesn't connect my genium knee to my iPhone, and recently the included key fob stopped connecting too, for no apparent reason. Ugghh. My only option is now to carry my old Android to connect to it. What a shame that they make a nice knee but totally screw up on usability. The app is so simple a senior college programmer could probably make a better one. I'm due for a new knee this year, and I'm definitely gonna try out the Rheo knee instead. Ottobock says their new knees are compatible, but I'm not sure I trust them to fully support it for the next 5 years when they failed on this one. ### 1/5 — What do you expect for a 80k and a 3 year warranty *2020-09-05, version 2.4.65* Like the other reviews say, this does not sync with the knee. I have an X3 and this app won’t sync over Bluetooth. It is laughable how much they charge for the hardware that is old technology at this point but the price doesn’t come down. Old processor, old Bluetooth chipsets but bleeding edge technology prices and amputees can do nothing but deal with it. At least the stand alone remote control from the 90s that comes with the leg still functions. What are the requirements for this app to work with an X3?
