The interface is clean, modern, and easy to use, which makes building and navigating my bar inventory a great experience. I also love the ability to add my own cocktail recipes, it makes the app feel much more personal. The only drawback I’ve noticed is that I can’t add custom ingredients to my inventory, which is limiting for more unique items like specialty bitters to for example. I’d love to see the option to add custom ingredients in a future update. ### 2/5 — Mediocre and misleading *2026-02-21, version 3.4* They say they update recipes each week… not that I can see. Also the recipes are missing many favourites - you can add them but you can’t include a photo of them etc…. I’ve used this for a year and it’s convenient but it’s over priced. But there are so many items unavailable to list in my pantry. I’m not even talking brand specific. I mean where is the “Contessa”?!?! I downgraded my rating as I got a new phone and while the subscription transferred all my drinks and favorites didn’t. What’s the point of having an account if you all don’t upload account settings?!? ### 2/5 — Slick but Limited *2025-11-06, version 3.4* The UI is slick and quick, but there are quite a fee drawbacks to this app. You have to scroll down on each recipe to see how many parts of each ingredient to use, that section should replace the regular ingredients list at the top. If you bartend for more than a month you’ll have a list of drinks that aren’t on here, and even a shortlist of ones that aren’t incorrect. On top of that, some cocktails you have to buy premium for in order to see the ingredients! But basic. For example, I have four gins in the bar not just “gin.” As well as a variety of everything else. After seeing the results, I tried ChatGPT - I shared the varieties of gins (used to compare), fresh fruits, liqueurs, mixers, etc and bam! Chat returned a slamming recipe with variations based on the gin brands. The $25 I paid for this premium app was a waste. I needed a refresher and a good source to get back into it. The interface is beautiful and easy to use but the more cocktails I look at, the more I'm noticing the numerous mistakes with ingredients and proportions and I'm already starting to regret paying the yearly fee. Minor error needing fixed. I downloaded the app thinking that if it's easy to use and gives me a few good drink ideas, maybe I'd actually get into cocktail making and whatnot, but with the various ingredients I provided them in the "my bar" section, only 'God Morther' and 'lemonade' came up as they didn't require premium... I included at least 7 different ingredients including: vodka, red wine, flavoured liqueurs (cherry, pineapple, dragonfruit and apple), Bailey's, amaretto, simple syrup, coke, water, ice, soda, lemon, lime and apple juices and many more, but out of all of that, just 2 things came up and only one was alcoholic… I refuse to pay for something I'm unsure of ... ### 1/5 — Trash water *2025-02-19, version 3.4* Garbage app, not worth money.
