You can’t place an order through the app. You click on Order and the map pops up to show locations on a map but can’t choose a store to place an order through the app. No 2FA and no way to add funds unless it’s $50 or $100. ### 4/5 — . *2023-12-05* The app is pretty great no standing in line and can chose which store to pick up, it has all the items provided, easy to chose and order. When I got home I realized I was charged twice. The “help” button on the app DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. There’s an option to submit a request but guess what? you can’t even submit it because there’s an error. I also tried filling out the contact form on the website but no reply or email. Coco’s support can not be contacted whatsoever, staff at the store was even worse. They just kept saying “there’s nothing we can do,” “you need to contact support.” How can we contact support when it doesn’t even exist?? ### 2/5 — please update the app *2023-02-09, version 7.5* when i launch the app, it stops my music. please fix this glitch. very annoying when using the app. it’s also glitchy when trying to select a store that you’re not physically near. sometimes i like to browse and pre order while traveling to my destination. ### 1/5 — Beware!!! *2023-01-26, version 7.5* Reaching to the next status is a scam! Wanted to order through the app to use the CoCo Tuesday promo, but there was no way to redeem a gift card, only to buy one. I took it to the nearest store and asked the employees, and none of them knew how to do it either. ### 1/5 — Someone broke something in the latest version *2022-10-20* This app doesn’t work anymore! I can’t login, can’t reset my password and can’t create a new account! I remember having money loaded into my account and I cannot use whatever the balance is! With the latest update there are a lot of bugs: - total on the checkout button is incorrect (applying tax again on top of tax or something?) - Edit from cart then miscalculates price because it is using the incorrect total from bug 1 - Loading the app it starts a countdown of when your drink will be ready… before you’ve even ordered - Map is now useless as it shows the whole world instead of zooming into your location **Developer response:** Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused, we suffered a glitch but it is now fixed. The reward program on the app is not worth it too, you will need to order deals only on special days and they have very terrible rewards as well. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2024-07-13* Update: Almost 3 months later and it’s still not allowing you to place an order. Still waiting for a response from the company regarding the $30 they have basically stolen from me because I am unable to use the electronic gift card on my account. It cannot be used in store, only through the app. Something they do not tell you when purchasing it. The app still does not allow you to select a store. I have a $30 gift card loaded to my account. It will not scan at the store near me and needs to be used through the app thus making it useless. Stop talking about the issue being fixed and actually fix it.
