## What is COCO?

あらかじめ登録されたホテルに応じて管理者のアカウントを付与。そのアカウントでスタッフの登録や清掃タスクの登録、ポイント配分を決められます。
溜まったポイントの使い方は自由。インセンティブに使用したり、昇給などの判断材料としても使用できます。ポイント管理としては清掃タスク完了後の自動付与に加え、手動でのポイント追加に対応。ちょっとした指示でもモチベーションアップが図れます。
作業の状況によっては自動付与されたポイントにも加点することや減点をする事が可能。ちゃんとした評価を行えます。フロントスタッフ用アカウントでは清掃状況のリアルタイム監視に加え、メッセージ機能を追加。スタッフへのアナウンスしやすさが飛躍的に向上します。
