## What is Coco?

Meet Coco — a private period and PCOS tracker designed for irregular cycles.

Generic cycle predictions do not always reflect bodies with PCOS or unpredictable periods. Coco helps you record what is actually happening, notice patterns over time, and prepare clearer information for conversations with your clinician.

TRACK YOUR CYCLE
• Log periods, flow, spotting and cycle dates
• Follow cycle-day patterns without assuming a perfect 28-day cycle
• View calendars and cycle-history summaries
• Track irregular and changing cycle lengths

UNDERSTAND PCOS SYMPTOMS
• Record acne, hair changes, fatigue, bloating, mood, sleep, weight and skin changes
• See rule-based pattern insights with sample-size context
• Understand correlations without presenting them as diagnoses or causation

MEDICATIONS AND LABS
• Log medications and supplements such as metformin, inositol, spironolactone and birth control
• Record daily adherence
• Add selected laboratory markers and review changes over time
• Set private on-device reminders

PREPARE FOR APPOINTMENTS
• Create clinician-ready cycle and symptom summaries
• Export selected date ranges
• Include cycle history, symptoms, medications and relevant pattern observations

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your core health entries stay on your device by default
• No Coco account is required for core tracking
• Health entries are not sold to advertisers or data brokers
• Optional backups are encrypted and enabled only when you choose
• Export or delete your information directly from the app
• Optional Apple Health access is permission-based and controlled by you

COCO PREMIUM
Coco Premium unlocks the complete tracking, pattern-insight and clinician-report experience. Annual and weekly subscription options are available. Eligible customers may receive a free introductory trial. The exact price, trial eligibility and renewal date are shown before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Coco is an educational self-tracking tool. It does not diagnose PCOS or any other condition and does not provide medical advice, treatment or contraception guidance. Predictions and insights are estimates. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, medications, laboratory results or treatment decisions.
