Complimenti all’assistenza, ho avuto un problema di connessione persa nella fase della transazione del pagamento, ed è stato facile sia contattarli e soprattutto hanno risolto il problema subito. Complimenti ### 1/5 — Funziona solo il log in con mail *2020-08-13* Siete costretti a mettere log in con Apple perché avete il log in con FB. Ma almeno fatelo funzionare... E leggo che pure con FB da problemi. Onestamente non capisco le difficoltà, togliete tutto, lasciate solo via mail e rimettete quando funziona. A mia moglie ha funzionato il log in ma adesso ogni volta che vuole prenotare l’app va in crash... sarebbe più utile che mettiate un link alle condizioni di privacy anziché solo lo switch. Anni che sviluppate l’app e la descrizione delle versioni è sempre la stessa... mha. Quale sarebbe la % di commissione applicata e con quale logica? Nessuna evidenza fornita contro ogni trasparenza dovuta. 2 modalità di cancellazione non chiara. Un giorno di preavviso dicono quindi se le condizioni meteo sono avverse e lo stabilimento non apre? Niente hai regalato soldi perché nessun rimborso è previsto. Le condizioni per il consumatore non sono chiare ne convenienti, da denuncia all’Agcom. **Developer response:** Ciao fra02020, grazie per il tuo feedback. 1. l'importo della commissione è sempre in chiaro prima del pagamento in maniera tale da essere completamente trasparenti nei confronti dei nostri utenti. La commissione è dinamica al fine di permettere all'utente di spendere il meno possibile e di offrire sempre la migliore offerta. 2. Le modalità di cancellazione sono esplicitate all'interno della pagina resort, del riepilogo pre-acquisto, nel ticket di prenotazione e nella email di conferma. A supporto di queste ultime, ulteriori dettagli sono specificati all'interno delle condizioni contrattuali che l'utente accetta prima di registrarsi e di completare l'acquisto.
