## What is CocoMico Quest?

Travel with Coco and Mico, two Ragdoll cats, in an idle RPG you can play with one hand.
Tap along, or just leave it running — your cats keep getting stronger either way.

■ It grows while you watch
Your cat fights on its own. Progress continues while you sleep or commute.
Tap the screen for a follow-up strike. Idle on busy days, dive in when you have time.

■ Change jobs at Level 30
Warrior, Mage, Archer, Thief. Each has its own attack animation, its own skills, and its own way to grow.
Points spent in one job's tree keep working in every other job, so nothing you invest is ever wasted.

■ A new raid boss every week
Six bosses rotate weekly, each week bringing its own special rule and a "weak job" bonus.
See if you can beat last week's record.

■ Plenty to collect
224 monsters in the codex, gear, skills, gems, a Cat Soul tree, and titles to earn.
Three dungeon types and a journey that runs all the way to Stage 1000.

■ Based on real cats
Coco and Mico are real Ragdoll sisters. Here they are in pixel art, setting off toward a world of dragons and a demon lord.

Available in English, Japanese, Korean, German, Hindi, and Chinese (Simplified/Traditional).

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.1 — 2026-09-05

Ver 3.1 Update Notes

▼The ceiling is gone
• The 999 cap on STR, INT, DEX and LUK can now be lifted with Cat Souls (+50 per step) — somewhere for the points that pile up across rebirths.
• Evasion past 30% becomes damage reduction, crit rate past 200% becomes attack, item find past 100% becomes a coin bonus, and cooldown reduction becomes skill power.
• A rebirth no longer stalls JOB training, and the top of the screen tells you how to lift whatever stops growing.

▼JOB tree polish
• The tree is painted in the job's color (Warrior orange, Mage purple, Archer green, Thief blue), so locked, in progress, maxed and ultimate read at a glance.
• Added job titles, a Four Heroes' Blessing counter, and a master's task worth 1 JP a day.
• Your master appears when you first invest in an ultimate, promotions compare with your last rank, and a MAX button spends all your JP at once.

▼Things that keep you playing
• A 30-hit combo triggers Fever, boss HP bars pulse gold below 10%, and boss streaks of 3, 5 and 10 wins pay rising gems.
• Lose on the timer with 10% boss HP or less and you get "So close!" — next time the boss starts wounded.
• Shiny chests, a lucky enemy of the day and repdigit kill counts all pay out gems.

▼Your data is safe when you switch phones
• Saves now back up to iCloud. On the same Apple ID you can restore after switching devices, comparing both copies first under Settings → Data.

▼The Abyss, and a much bigger item book
• Added the Abyss beyond Stage 1000. Every 100 floors opens a new tier, and the Monster Hunter, Explorer and Reborn ranks go higher.
• The item book grew from 8 to 48 kinds — eight more every 100 floors (fruit → vegetables → mushrooms → seafood), and it shows where each starts dropping. Deeper items are rarer rather than stronger, and everything past floor 100 was toned down.
• Added 40 monsters in 3 colors each, sorted by floor band. Rank plates change with your tier, and a tier you reach never drops back.

▼Ranking overhaul
• Added Raid Event Best Lv, Raid Event Damage and Sustained DPS, and Game Center standings now show inside the game.
• Tap a name to make that player your rival — you're told when you pass them or they pass you back.
• Added nearby standings, a shareable rank card, and a chart of your rank over time.

▼Job and level rework
• Level and EXP are shared across every job — switching no longer resets you to 1.
• Rebalanced the Mage's MP, and Mega Thunder Cannon now spends your whole pool and hits harder the more you spent.
• Added a 100-pull to the Gem Gacha (100 tickets).

▼Easier to play, easier to read
• Small buttons and text are now sized for fingers, faint text is darker, and button colors are consistent by meaning.
• Long screens — Settings, Daily, Adventure Log, Shop, Events — are split into a hub plus sub-screens, distant features stay hidden, and the iPad title screen has its own wide illustration.
• The in-battle buttons (normal attack, AUTO TAP, game speed) now fold into a menu at the bottom left, giving the fight more room. Pause sits outside it and reads "Pause" / "Play".

▼Smoothed out the first-play snags
• Your very first gear drop is guaranteed to be equippable, skill AUTO can be switched on straight from the tip, and repeated boss timeouts now bring a hint for what to try next.

▼Fixes
• Updating from 3.0 could drop your title by one rank because the books had grown — fixed, and the title you earned in 3.0 carries over.
• Player names ran through the translator, so a name could look different in other languages and rival tracking could break. Fixed, along with the last strings still showing in Japanese.
• Also fixed: "0 left" stuck in the first boss fight of floors 100/150/200, the idle screen covering an open menu, the blank 7-Day Login screen, lost numbers on multi-hit skills, "NaN" on HP/MP/EXP, and the smallest item values being one digit off.

### 3.0 — 2026-08-27

Ver 3.0 Update Notes

▼Jobs have arrived
• At Lv30 you can now become a Warrior, Mage, Archer or Thief! Each job has its own skills and attack animations — the way you fight changes completely.
• Every job has its own JOB level and JOB tree. Train it and your rank rises, along with your damage multiplier.
• Pick one job first. Raise it to JOB Lv30 and the next job slot opens. You can switch freely between the jobs you have opened. Each keeps its own level and JP, so nothing you raised is ever wasted. Gear and stats are shared across all jobs.
• Added the story of the four heroes who once slew the dragon. Each rank you reach reveals a little more about why they pass their power on.

▼Gear rebuilt
• Fixed a bug where Legendary gear could lose to Normal gear. Bonus stats now match the rarity they came from.
• Enhancement is now a roll, with its own window. Every future success rate is listed, so you decide where to stop.
• Limit Break now stacks up to 10 levels (base stats ×1.25 per level).
• Every slot now carries attack power, and the inventory cap is gone.

▼Presentation and sound
• Area bosses and story bosses now arrive with a warning sequence and a siren.
• New Coco animations for level-ups, boss kills, and the idle stance of all four jobs.
• Every skill effect for the four jobs was redrawn at high resolution.
• Field BGM went from one track to six, with a lot of new sound effects.

▼Comfort
• Features now unlock in order during the tutorial, so you are never staring at a screen where everything is available at once.
• The quest chain was shortened to a length you can actually finish, and tied back to the story.
• A pass over the whole interface: inconsistent wording, broken layouts and missing translations are fixed.
• Ground colour is now sampled from the background and the seam is blurred, so characters sit in the scene.

▼Other
• The shop is open. Gems accumulate just by playing, and the convenience features can also be unlocked in the Soul Tree (Remove Ads and SUPER BOOST are purchase-only).
• A thank-you gift is waiting in your in-game mail.

### 2.7 — 2026-07-31

Ver 2.7 Update Notes

▼New Content
• Two new daily events: Monster Swarm Day and Tap Power Day! Enemies pour in on one, tap damage triples on the other — how you play changes by the day.
• New Monthly Challenges! Month-long goals that reset on the 1st, with bigger rewards than the daily and weekly ones.
• Your best from last week now shows in the Raid event! Something concrete to beat.

▼Comfort & Balance
• No more losing floors to the Area Boss! Running out of time no longer sends you back — you can try again right where you are.
• Far fewer full-screen ads! No interstitials before Stage 10, and at least 3 minutes between them after that.
• New transfer code for changing devices! Create a code from Settings → "Data Transfer (New Device)" and load it on your new phone.

▼Performance & Other
• Smoother performance, less heat! We reworked how effects are handled when they stack up, so your device stays cooler during long sessions.
• A thank-you gift is waiting in your in-game mailbox.
