However I can no longer add items to my basket on the app. I contacted customer services and they advised to update the app, as some customers were having issues. I deleted it and reinstalled it, but I still can’t shop on the app. Customer Service advised to shop through the website, which initially didn’t work as it automatically opened the app, however I have now completely deleted the app and I could shop on the website. I wasted frustrating hours trying to shop on a non functioning app. What a shame a good app no longer works. ### 1/5 — Problem making order *2023-11-11, version 3.1* Would not accept payment details, going round n round trying to to it, then rejected the offer code!
