## What is Cocoon?

Cocoon is a calm baby tracker that logs the night feed and keeps the memories.

Made for the blur of the first year: one tap logs the usual, whether that's the next breast side, your usual bottle, a wet nappy or a nap, with Undo right there if it wasn't. It works with no signal, and you don't need an account to start. Create one whenever you want backup, sync and a log you share.

LOG IN SECONDS
• Feeds: breastfeeding with left and right timers, bottles and pumping
• Nappies: wet, dirty or both, in one tap
• Sleep: live timers, naps, and nights that run past midnight
• Solids, growth, health and medicines, and milestones
• By voice, from a widget, the Lock Screen or Siri

KNOW WHAT'S NEXT
• Next up: the usual window for the next nap and feed, from your baby's own logs
• Today's rhythm: the rest of today's naps and bedtime, and whether today's sleep adds up for their age
• Running timers on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
• A gentle sleep program you follow night by night, with a check-in each morning

KEEP THE MEMORIES
• A private photo and video journal of everyday moments, with voice notes
• Day, week and month views, daily prompts and "on this day" memories
• Search your journal to find any moment fast

SEE THE PATTERNS
• Sleep, feeding and wake-window trends
• Recorded infant growth; CDC percentiles from ages 2–20, in metric or imperial
• A checkup report to take to your GP or child health nurse
• A milk stash tracker for your freezer supply
• Milestones and gentle, evidence-based guides

SHARED ACROSS THE FAMILY
• Invite your partner, a grandparent or a nanny, and everyone sees the same up-to-date log
• A handoff shows whoever's next on shift the day so far at a glance
• Bring your history from another tracker or journal app, or a CSV file

OPTIONAL AI FEATURES, ONLY WITH YOUR PERMISSION
Ask questions about your own logs, log by voice when your phone can't make out a phrase, photograph a daycare sheet to draft the day's entries, or get a written sleep plan or weekly note. These use Claude, made by Anthropic. Cocoon asks before anything is sent, says what each feature sends, and you can turn them off at any time. Replies are never medical advice.

YOURS TO KEEP
• Export a journal backup with logged events, growth measurements and available photo, video and audio attachments
• Restore that journal backup on another device
• Milk stash, sleep programs and settings are not included in journal backups

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your family's data is yours. Offline-first, protected by row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold. No ads. On iPhone, with a night mode for the 3am feed.

Cocoon is for observation and context. It is not medical advice and not a medical device. For any concern about your child, talk to your GP or child health nurse.
