This always happens when I need to check the area. If it could be reset online rather than physicaly doing it would be better. Also only picks up images at about 3 metres. Although it says it is connected to google, you don’t actually find it in your home list to control it. Support have no idea, they just sell them so don’t expect any help in resolving this problem. I have worked with google support for over an hour trying to properly connect it to my home account but with no luck. When it works, awesome, but that's only once out of 25 attempts ### 4/5 — Great system - suggestion for small improvements to make it even better *2021-07-07, version 1.1.6* 3 small improvements that would make the system even better 1) snooze notification: have a way to snooze notifications for a set time when having visitors over there or when working near a camera 2) scroll photos: in the message centre, to move from one photo to the next we have to go back and open the next one. It could simply scroll to right or left to see the next or previous one 3) notification with me image on Apple Watch: when I get the notification on the watch and I have to get phone, open the app to see who was there. If you install an SD card and if WiFI not available , camera will record but WILL NOT allow you to see the recordings, however, when internet comes back on all offline content is uploaded to the Chinese servers. Terms of use state that data collected by camera is governed by the laws of PRC.
