If I could give it no stars I would ### 1/5 — DVR is ok but the App not working *2025-03-21, version 2.1.2* It worked for some time and now can’t sign in Create as ticket and they said the App is discontinued and proposed em to buy new DVR to support their new App. What a joke to buy new DVR to support their updated APP? Bang for buck it’s cameras are working OK but the APP IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Not once have I ever seen the cameras on my phone, not sitting at home on wifi nor out and about on mobile internet. No point having cameras if they can’t be monitored remotely. Frustrating app and it’s very laggy and only works when at home but once your out away from the wifi it fails to playback or show live video every time. Stops working whilst you viewing and you have to login again and again. When you in playback, it stops every time there’s movement on screen. Best way to resolve any issues is to reinstall app, easily several times every few days 😡😡😡 ### 1/5 — Not happy with update *2020-06-29, version 2.1.2* I haven’t been able to view the live or playback on my iPad or phone since last update. Not happy at all. What’s the point of having a camera system if I can’t view it when I’m away. ### 3/5 — Auto login not working *2020-05-30, version 2.1.2* The auto login feature does not work, requiring me to re-enter password every time. When sometimes requiring fast access this is frustrating that it does not work.
