But it is a rubbish app (befitting a 1-star rating). To make it worse, the Customer Support behind Sharp Malaysia is equally poor, making the total experience totally lousy. Read the other similar reviews too. Cocoro Life html link is warned as dangerous by Norton. Product codes are different from what were given in manuals or warranty cards. If the vendor is not listed in the Pulldown list, sorry you cannot submit a Warranty Registration. They listed an email for the CS support. Try and ask them for help? They will act obstinately and pretend that nothing is wrong with their Cocoro Life app. The agent behind Sharp Malaysia Call Center is equally “good” as their CS email support. Haha..
