But otherwise the home style potatoes can use some work! Felt like I was asking a “teenager” to help me. Don’t offer a rewards program if you don’t know how it works. Marlene should be the manager. She couldn’t answer our question either but she was kind, apologetic and helpful anyway. Our waitress (Madeline/Maddy) was attentive and refills were quick and informed if extra charge for refills. Hector is very attentive and the cook Raul is amazing. Food is always top notch and cooked to order. I always ask for my country potatoes crispy and they come out perfect!
