## What is CodaSpect?

Photograph what you built. CodaSpect checks it against the code and flags what could be a problem — before the inspector sees it.

Made for the people doing the install.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Create a jobsite

2. Add an area — kitchen, panel room, crawlspace, wherever you’re working

3. Pick the trade and add up to 5 photos

4. Get findings with code references and suggested fixes

FOUR TRADES

• Electrical — NEC 2023

• Plumbing — IPC 2021

• HVAC — IMC 2021

• Structural / Building — IBC/IRC 2021

WHAT YOU GET

Each finding names what was detected, why it’s a concern, the code section behind it, and a specific fix. Reports export as a PDF you can send to a client or a GC, or keep for your records. Jobsites keep their history, so you can see what’s been checked and what still needs attention.

PRICING

Free to download. Every account starts with 3,000 tokens — enough for three full checks. Buy more when you need them. No subscription.

IMPORTANT

CodaSpect is an assistant, not an inspection. Findings are AI-generated from photos and advisory only. They don’t replace a licensed professional, a permit, or an inspection by your authority having jurisdiction. Always verify against the code edition your jurisdiction has adopted.
