### 4/5 — Needs update

*2024-02-10*

This app is great, except it doesn’t show the seconds for time. In order to see the time of events you have to go to pdf, however it doesn’t show seconds. An update with this changed will make it #1 for EMS providers.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback! Your suggestion has been included in version 2.4! Best regards

### 1/5 — Não entra no cronômetro

*2024-09-30*

### 3/5 — Best of them out there, could be better

*2025-03-05*

I’ve tried about 5 different apps
Looking for the best one for timing codes. Since TidyResus became unavailable this has been my go-to.

However, it could use a setting to keep the display from timing out / locking, which is extremely inconvenient for obvious reasons.
Also, an optional audible alert to warn before a pulse check and when to start it would be welcome. Not having to confirm the metronome rate before it starts would also be useful. This app has an unfortunate habit requiring multiple button presses to do things. Finally, it not marking compressions as having restated until you select the rhythm and whether or not it was shocked artificially reduced the calculated compression fraction.

### 4/5 — Metrônomo

*2026-07-15*

App no geral é excelente, auxilia demais!

### 4/5 — Great, but not yet there

*2026-07-15*

Has a good layout and easy to use. In addition to traumas. However, it needs a place to document vitals and quick clicks for IV/IO/etc. placement and size. Then for the iPad, a running record on the main screen would be really nice. Other than that. Really do enjoy the app!

### 4/5 — Nearly Perfect

*2026-04-10*

Love this app, but is there any chance you can get the metronome to be better? It’s probably a looped sound, but where the loop ends the beat is audibly off.

### 4/5 — Solid code tracker after you fiddle with the settings

*2025-11-18*

The default settings in the app make it initially seem frustrating to use (e.g. excessive notifications on the screen when you start the code), but fortunately you are able to change the settings in-app to make using it much more streamlined. Also, make sure you use “quick start” instead of the “start code” button– “quick start” will start the timers automatically, whereas “start code”will require you to start the timers yourself (a needless distraction during an actual code). Overall a strong app once you fiddle with the settings. Just make sure you set it up and familiarize yourself with it ahead of time.

### 4/5 — Epi intervals

*2025-05-18*

Really love this app! Is it possible to have an option to select 2 mins for the interval of epis? It all starts at 3 mins but depends on the hospital where you are working, the intervals are sometimes 2 mins

### 4/5 — Super Helpful!

*2025-05-08*

I’ve used this app to help run multiple codes and it has been fantastic!

I would love the ability to make a comment about medication dosage, defib energy, or even a “event comment” option to dictate items that are not defaulted. Also, the option to adjust the log in case a documentation error was made may be beneficial too.

Thanks for the great app!

### 4/5 — Problema com credenciais

*2024-11-05*

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very useful for EMS in Alberta.

*2026-05-24*

Very handy. Able to attach pdf to Siren PCR’s. Require frequent training and familiarisation to be useful during a code.
Note, metronome will not run in background if you leave the app to search through protocols etc. So use the app on the not attending’s phone.

### 5/5 — Muito bom

*2026-01-25*

Bem intuitivo

### 5/5 — Ideal

*2023-02-18*

Prático e fácil de usar!!

### 5/5 — Ferramenta Incrível

*2022-11-19*
