Send signals to Procore. Choose the signals you want and file them as
observations, complete with photographs, priority, assignee and location.

Corrective action plans attach as PDFs. Each plan travels with its
observation as a formatted document, with steps, citations and disclaimer.

Undo a send. Withdraw signals sent to the wrong project — Code Buddy notes
the correction and frees them to be sent again.

Repeat findings update instead of duplicating. Find the same issue on a
later visit and the existing observation is updated.

Back up to OneDrive, SharePoint and Google Drive. Every inspection written
nightly to a folder you choose: the report, the photographs as separate
image files, and a manifest.

Start inspections from photos already on your drive. Browse a connected
folder and pick photos without uploading anything by hand.

Clearer records. Every observation states what it is and whether a person
has reviewed it.

• See the diagram, not just the description. Answers now show the figures and drawings they're referring to. Tap to enlarge, swipe to move between them.

• Schedules and tables read like tables. Fee schedules, sizing charts and rating tables come back as rows you can actually scan, with the values quoted exactly.

• Your offline library, organized by location. Codes are grouped by the jurisdictions you work in, so moving between sites means the right set is already on your phone.

• Smarter downloads. The app keeps what it already has instead of pulling it again, and won't fill your device with standards you don't need over cellular.

• Better answers offline. The on-device model reads schedules properly and gets to the point faster — no more long preambles before the answer.

• Action plans you can edit. Add, reorder, and remove steps in a corrective action plan, on your phone.

• Dictation fixes. The mic switches off when you send, and tapping it twice no longer causes a crash.

Agent hours
See exactly how much you have. Your dashboard shows your organization's pool of agent hours, your own allowance, what you've used, and any hours carried over from last month. Need more? Request them from your admin in a tap — they'll get notified right away. Admins can add hours without leaving the app.

Settings now shows your dedicated CodeBuddy advisor and how to reach them directly.

Captures remember where they were taken
Every capture records its location the moment you start recording. Open a new inspection later — back at the truck or at the office — and the app knows which site the evidence came from and suggests the right jurisdiction. Works without signal, and in areas without a mapped zone.

Better in the field
The app keeps up as you travel between sites, no restart needed. Haptics stay responsive through calls and dictation, and the hold-to-inspect buzz lasts as long as your finger is down.

Reviewing findings
Undo is now a permanent button in the header, so you're not racing a disappearing prompt. Swiping between findings is steadier, long code references display in full, and wide photos show the entire frame.

Switching organizations
Moving between workspaces now clears the previous one completely — jurisdiction, specialists, reports, and captures all follow the workspace you're in.

iPad
Landscape photos are captured and inspected right side up. Login and layout are cleaner on tablet.

Getting started
Company setup and demo booking now happen inside the app instead of sending you to Safari.
