## What is Code Clear?

Clear supports physicians in discussing code status with patients. This specialized app provides an evidence-based framework to facilitate shared decision-making and ensure clear, effective communication.

Key Features:
- Individual Prognosis Calculation – Assess whether resuscitation and shared decision-making are clinically justified or if alternative measures should be recommended in an emergency.
