It’s literally gotten worse in the last few months. You have to open it, close it out, then reopen it to get anything besides a white screen. The menu opens but anything else rarely responds when you tap them. Notifications work only occasionally but even when you check them the badge doesn’t go away. Literally the only thing it’s good for is checking in but even then you deal with the hassle of opening it. For how much we pay for MyStudio, the app should really not have so many problems.

Notifications have stopped working all together. It’s like I have “allow notifications” turned off but I don’t. Super detrimental and needs to be fixed asap.

On an iPhone, the navigation is almost worthless - can’t scroll left menu options beyond your initial view. Can’t use the messenger feature; selecting it does nothing. Our team has resorted to bringing a laptop everywhere and using their hotspot.

Couldn’t even perform basic task like viewing the messages received from customers in the communications section..
Most of the pages abruptly quit loading.. 
wish an update will be rolled out to fix the bugs
