Enrolled classes don’t show easily. Auto-enroll for future classes does not show what you enrolled in easily. Messenger feature is not necessary. Enrolled child profile does not appear to show easily if at all. NO NO NO NO WAY NO More STUDIO CODES 😡😡😡😡 But anything else than Studio Codes is Fine 😊 ### 1/5 — App doesn’t load *2024-01-22, version 6.4.0* This app doesn’t load. When you enter your code and log in the first time, the app works. It’s clumsy, but it works. However, if you close the app and try to re-open it, the app will not load. The only solution that I’ve found is to keep the app open. If I ever close it, the only way I can get back in to schedule an appointment is if I reinstall the app. However, when you reinstall the app, you cannot see any past appointments so it’s impossible to track how many hours we have used. I like the Code Ninja’s center but am considering quitting because the scheduling via this app is impossible. ### 1/5 — Terrible app! *2024-01-11, version 6.4.0* The app developers need to learn how to code. How embarrassing. Tried to use the app for the first time and white screen of death. It’s now asking me for a studio code to login. Then I went to cancel my membership and was charged three more months of tuition. This place is also open about 3 hours a day...so really very little flexibility with scheduling. Also, I am unable to reschedule through the app as all appointments are prescheduled and you are not allowed to go over your monthly allotment. It would be better if each date had a reschedule or cancel option so that parents can manage their children’s schedules through the app. In the meantime, I have to email my local dojo directly (which is fine but the other way would be much more preferable). Lastly, this has nothing to do with the developer but the use of the app by the dojo team. My child’s progress is never current in the app. I still have to ask after each class: 1) what was worked on; 2) where is he at in the program; 3) what skills is he working on; etc. All the above issues render the app useless for me. ### 1/5 — No response *2024-06-13, version 6.4.2* They transferred my kid because a location closed. I’ve had no comms with new site manager. Tried to go, but my kid couldn’t because they didn’t do it right. They weren’t available. I miss the old location, Kayla was amazing. She set the bar high.
