### 2/5 — metronome is irregular…

*2025-09-12, version 2.9*

the metronome beat is irregular. can you fix it?

### 2/5 — Doesn’t work on watch

*2022-03-10*

Works fine on my phone, but same as other people I just get a spinning loading circle when I open it on my watch. Still a useful app for acls, wish it worked on the watch

**Developer response:** Hey! This has been fixed with the new update. Thanks for the feedback.

### 3/5 — Good, but could be better

*2021-08-12*

Easy to use - would be nice if you could document exact etco2 and vitals after rosc instead of just noting it as an event - still have to write the numbers separately which is annoying.

**Developer response:** Hello! We are working on this feature and it will be included in the next update. Version 2.9

### 4/5 — Additional features

*2021-07-13*

Would love to see some free text entry of events or for vital signs.

**Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out. Will work on this for a future update. Have a good day.

### 2/5 — App Does Not Work on Apple Watch

*2021-02-06, version 2.7*

I got this app because it said it worked on Apple Watch and iPhone. The app functions fine on iPhone but gets stuck on the spinning wheel on the Apple Watch and basically caused my watch to freeze. Waste of $5 unfortunately, wish I could get my money back. Functionality on the app is fine but when you’re coding someone you really don’t have the time to pull out your phone....

**Developer response:** Thank you for reporting. An update will be release later this month (July 2021) fixing all of these issues.

### 3/5 — Doesn’t work on Apple Watch

*2021-01-28*

Got the app because it advertised working on the Apple Watch. It is not working and only displays a spinning loading wheel. App on iPhone is great but not what I was looking for.

**Developer response:** Hey! This issue has been fixed.

### 3/5 — Unable to work on Apple Watch series 6

*2020-11-30*

A really great app on your phone, recommended to my colleagues who have series 6 Apple watches and for some reason none of us can get the app to work on there. This is important for us as the app will be easier to use on our watches.

It’s a shame as the phone version is so good. Tried to contact the developer but the app support link didn’t work either.

**Developer response:** Hey! This issue has been fixed in the new update.

### 3/5 — Helps during code but not charting

*2019-11-07, version 2.7*

Gives individual times which helps, but I was hoping for something I could use later to chart the code. No way to edit if the wrong button is pushed. No way to record amounts of medications or level of shocks given.

### 5/5 — Super Responsive Support

*2018-10-09, version 2.1*

I had problems with the app when I downloaded it, but they were super fast and responsive to help me figure out the issue. The app is a good app for using the Apple Watch to keep up with code events.

### 5/5 — Best cardiac arrest management app

*2018-10-01*

Title says it all. On top of this, the developer is super receptive to feedback and honest; if it’ll make the app better she’ll do the work to tweak it and if it’s not she’ll tell ya. Worth the purchase.

### 1/5 — Crashing

*2026-02-02*

App keeps on crashing

**Developer response:** Hey! We have fixed this issue in our latest update. Please give it a try and let us know if it’s working fine.

You can contact me at angel@goswiftmedia.com for any other questions.

Thanks for your support.

### 1/5 — Failed Resuscitation

*2023-03-10, version 2.7*

The ability to document ROSC Is present, but no ability to document unsuccessful attempts to get ROSC! We have had five of these in the last few days. The patients did not regain ROSC! We could document ROSC, if we got ROSC, but we didn’t. HORRIBLE APP!!!!! Do not use in a CODE! NEVER, because it is so poor you cannot document what needs documented. I wouldn’t trust an app so horrible. IT’S OUT OF DATE!!!

### 1/5 — Still does not work on Apple Watch

*2022-02-12*

Like others I am having similar issues with the app not working on Apple Watch. I saw the app on TikTok and it’s integration with WatchOS was the main reason I purchased the app. There was supposedly an update in the works for July of 2021 but I have checked periodically and the app has not been changed at all, to me eye. Very disappointed.

**Developer response:** We have fixed this with the new update!

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2021-11-11*

I purchased to be able to have Apple Watch capability, the response to reviews like this said there was a fix in the works back in July, my watch app just has the spinning circle of death.

**Developer response:** Hello! This issue has been fixed in the new update.

### 1/5 — Watch

*2021-07-29*

I purchased this app because it is suppose to work on my Apple Watch. It just has the circle of death and never loads. If it would work on the watch I’d give it 5 stars.

**Developer response:** Hi. An update that fixes this will be released this week. Thanks for writing.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on watch

*2021-06-22, version 2.7*

Cool concept but it won’t even load on the Apple Watch as of 6/22/21. Refund will be requested.

### 1/5 — Can’t get it to work...

*2021-04-15*

Seems to work on the iPhone, but won’t work on my Apple Watch 6. I get a blank screen with a waiting circle for screen one, and a second screen with Epi, Shock, and Stop buttons. Screen one won’t quit with the waiting circle, and screen two freezes if I touch a button. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the watch... no help. Frustrating we have to pay for an app to learn it doesn’t work and then there doesn’t seem to be any way to resolve it or get ones money back.

**Developer response:** Hello! This issue has been fixed.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2021-02-26*

Won’t even load... money well spent.

**Developer response:** Hello! This issue has been fixed.

### 1/5 — Mr.

*2019-12-06, version 2.7*

I don’t have any idea what I am doing with this app. If possible I would want a refund. No instructions, even on YouTube. A waste of money.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Most BESTEST app for Medics

*2026-05-17*

This App is perfect for running a cardiac arrest while managing the scene. Incredibly user-friendly and customizable. In short, if you’re a paramedic…you NEED this app

**Developer response:** Thanks for the great review! Feel free to send us an email to angel@goswiftmedia.com if you have any features you’d like to see on the app.

### 5/5 — Good recorder

*2026-04-20, version 3.1*

I like this for my job. I use it as a code nurse, however, I do wish there was a way to put in notes in real time during codes like ETCO2, BG or other things that happen real time instead of selecting ROSC to do your numbers and VS. maybe a VS tab would be better. Also would be great if after the 2 min mark the pulse check or epi turned red to show a pause in cpr and or readiness for the next epi.

### 5/5 — Amazing App!

*2024-02-25, version 2.8*

As a medical student, my job is to log everything into patient charts. This app allows for me to have all the crucial details for a full code. Take it from me: it is ESSENTIAL to have all this data in one place. Thank you for making this easy to use, organized, and well-thought-out app!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-06-09*

I love this app- it makes documentation super easy- especially if you have someone helping who is inexperienced. My only preference would be to make it optional to add additional banners (subjective selection to the user of course-) based on preference/ med use. I wish I could add the meds I use frequently to the “home” screen, towards the bottom so I could just click on them as well.

Great app!

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2021-07-14*

Saw this app on tik tok and absolutely love it!
I wish we could go back and manually enter information for times when we don’t get to press start.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the review! Will have that done in one of the following updates.

### 5/5 — Possible update

*2021-07-13*

Love this idea! Could you add a free text option? In order to add in vitals, ect???

**Developer response:** Thank you for the idea. Will work on this for the next update.

An update fixing some bugs will be released this week.

### 5/5 — Could you add / integrate the ACLS steps like seen in the app MediCode?

*2020-02-19*

So that the app tells you all the steps to do — ie to push epi, has the dose, and you click a button to indicate you pushed it, the timer and log changes appropriately...

MediCode has the steps and you can click through the decision tree (ie shockable or not), tells you what to do, but doesnt have timers. The perfect app would have both!

Thanks

**Developer response:** Thank you! Will look into it. Have a great day 👍🏻

### 5/5 — Must have for residents!

*2020-01-30, version 2.7*

Finally decided to buy this app mainly for its Apple Watch compatibility. It’s not too different from the free app Full Code Pro from AHA in terms of functionality but this apps cleaner, more adjustable and best of all - Apple Watch compatible. My favorite part about this app is being able to start it from my watch by saying “hey Siri, start code runner” which is super helpful during a code when your have gloves on and sweaty hands as opening your lock screen can get annoying and time consuming. If there was something I think that can improve its app is adding amiodarone on the following page. Also updating it per AHA guidelines by having the joules by the shock button may be helpful as well.

### 5/5 — Works very well

*2019-07-20, version 2.7*

This cardiac arrest timer works very well. It actually has multiple timers and you can keep a log of the code and email the report and you can also edit the various choices including medications events rhythms. Well worth the price. Nice metronome too.

### 5/5 — Easy to use, works great

*2019-01-20*

Does exactly what you want it to do, without being complicated or tricky. Wonderfully supportive staff as well. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
