Code reported a late payment on my credit card in error in December and I reported it and it has not been removed yet.  It was also never explained how this happened.  My credit is being effect by this erroneous report.

This new application has been nothing but a pain. I have had more problem on this app then the old one. I have tried several time magazine to deposit a check and it been rejected.

Why would you be using a mobile app and have to write on your check “for mobile deposit only”? Why do you need more steps to deposit it on a mobile app. Let’s simplify things for people not add steps. I select the account I want to deposit it. Why do I have to write the account number on it too?? I selected the account I wanted. Ridiculous rules and too much added to the process.

I don’t really care for the new update. The old version wasn’t that great but the features they had, I did like. I’m not able to see my ledger and available balance anymore. It gets confusing when I have a “hold” on my card but it stills shows I have that amount “available” even though I don’t. I hope this changes back to the original way. I like seeing how much is pending in my account and how much i really have available.

Loving the app but it crashes and dumps me back to the hone screen when I navigate to the transfer section of the app. This happens when accessing transfer via the tab bar at the bottom or through the menu after tapping on one of my accounts.

I’ve had code credit ever since I’ve had a bank account. They have amazing employees and an amazing banking app. Smooth system to handle my accounts and credit cards. Also super easy communication with the staff. Very thankful I went with ccu from the beginning 🩷
