### 5/5 — No more ‘Uh’ or ‘Um’

I have a difficult last name and often have to spell it out letter by letter when I’m on the phone with my bank, health insurance company or airline. With this app I can sound more professional and stop saying ‘uh’ or ‘um’ all the time. It makes the whole process much more pleasant and efficient.
