Tried it out app, regularly crashed out when making selections, one math challenge available without spending cash, successfully completed but no reaction and nothing else unlocked. App continues to crash not willing to spend money based on crash’s and how little I could test it for free

I was excited to try this app. But I couldn't even go one step as the compiler keeps failing. There's literally nothing I can do with it. Even the practice exercises which I complete perfectly tell me not to worry - I assume because it considers my code to be wrong and only allows me to see the answer. Which is. Yes. Exactly the same as my code. I really wanted this app to be great. It's exciting that the developers are promising swift and Java learning paths too but hopefully not following the model of their python course.

I’m a beginner coder, however I have some experience outside of java. So I was pretty excited when I felt like I was learning at a steady pace, when all of a sudden it gives me this minutes to hour problem. Without telling me how to operate the code, mind u this is my first time using Java script.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t compile! And I’m pretty sure they just want your data!

It teaches you about variables then jumps right to calculating time…. ? Weird. And my code always “fails to compile” every time. I’ve only tried it on my iPad, so maybe it’s an iOS compatibility issue. And…… how does this app have 4.7 stars on average?! Almost every review I’ve seen is a 1 star. 
Anyways…. I was disappointed 😢. I would steer clear of this one.

No review, no learning. This app is horrible and anti climactic. Not at all fun and rather frustrating. Do not use this app, it is the worst app I have tried!

Downloaded the app because it advertises SQL coding challenges. Opened the app and there was no option to choose SQL. Not a great start, but fine... chose python instead, wanted to give the app a chance.

The first coding challenge is to calculate the net cost of an item, including tax, given its price and the tax amount. Strangely the challenge wants you to subtract your calculated tax amount from your sales price to get the expected solution. Not how tax works, but okay. I insert a single variable to solve the challenge, but after running the code I missed one of the test cases. The output for all three tests was showing an array instead of a single integer... Checked my solution against the provided one, they matched exactly... 

I've seen enough. No access to advertised material on download, incorrect calculations, and bugged solution detection, all on the first challenge? Immediately uninstalling.

The first section suddenly jumps to something that isn’t nor wasn’t covered. It’s like a sudden difficulty jump out of no where.

The app starts off with the basics but the first section’s last question to end the lesson is question far ahead of what it’s teaching. Then it asks you to pay to do anything else.
It literally tells you what a snake, string, variable, etc is then asks you to code calculations for time. I was confused and thought I did something wrong. I redid the lesson and it left off my last output so I just kept adding the wrong answers with no way to correct it. 
If I figure it out I’ll put the answer here so that no one has the same roadblock. But I am deleting the app. So it would have to be using something else

I had to uninstall the game after paying for it. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to restore the account so that’s money down the drain. I wouldn’t give them anymore money, there are better coding apps than this one. This is good for free…still glitchy and freezes but I guess it gets the learning done

Unclear directions on tasks. Having beginners write functions is … bold. There’s no support so you have to guess what the code is to complete a task. Not recommended.

Selected the “I have zero experience” and the first lesson goes from explaining what the symbols mean to expecting me to write a code with no further explanation provided. Literally can’t get past the first lesson. Like, bruh. Stop telling me the code is wrong and tell me why.  I am aware I’m an idiot in the subject, that’s why I downloaded it in the first place. 😭

I have some experience in programming etc. But i think someone who doesnt has a clue about python or even programming couldnt learn with the app even at the easy level they chose. And if u have some experience u can only learn if u pay once 99.99€ i think or dollars or u pay 5.99 per week. Thats crazyyyyy

I downloaded this app in hopes for a quick python lesson everyday when i’m bored. I pressed beginner with no knowledge and when i came to the first coding section which is  in the very first section with a hours to minutes conversion i attempted my answer. All the app says is “compiler failed” and does not tell you A) what you messed up, or B) give you a hint to correct your work. I was confused and went to my boyfriend who showed me the correct way as well as double checking with AI to understand more what we could be doing wrong. We put the correct answer in and yet the app continued to repeat that the code was wrong. Stupidest app for learning to code i’ve ever seen. If you’re new like me, look somewhere else because this will frustrate you more than it will help you.

Would be a really cool app, but the compiler fails. Everytime and the lessons are presented in an order that doesn’t make sense. It went from teaching me how to assign and name variables then started quizzing me on calculating time and using operators that we haven’t discussed. Very confusing to first time Python programmers.

This app is poorly built. It’s a SCAM and is Fraudulent! Compiler works on one side, but not the other. They’ve been saying they are working on fixes for over a year and still nothing. Discord channel requests have gone unanswered! This app does not deliver what it promises. It is 100% deceptive in what it offers vs what you get! DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!

Die App ist sehr gut strukturiert und die Aufgaben erklären sich von selbst. Sie sind eindeutig und klar. Man findet sich sehr gut in der App zurecht und das Design ist clean. Die Navigation ist einfach und übersichtlich gestaltet. Lernen ist mit der App sehr einfach.

As a complete newbie to coding and as someone who works a full time job with plenty of other commitments this app has been a complete god send. After initial setup making sure I gave the right information regarding my expectations I have been learning daily and I am amazed as to just how far I have come since starting my learning journey. Everything is clearly explained at a comfortable pace and it provides you with opportunities to make sure what you have learnt sticks in your brain. 5/5 have recommended to all my family and friends!

I really like how customizable the app is from how frequently and intensely you want to learn, to the level of explanation you need for each task. The app was easy and intuitive to navigate and there is a good variety of practice problems so you can learn in a very hands on manner.
