I had to go into the store, the girl behind the counter told me they had to ring it up and I had to specify an amount. Then I had to answer more questions on the card reader even though I already had my payment card attached to my Club Coen card. Then the line at the register got very long and I decided not to even try anymore and paid with my regular card and paid full price. It’s a very difficult and confusing app to use. I’ve complained numerous times to which the final reply was you can go somewhere else to get gas if you like. I’m not even sure I’ve been getting my reward points. Now they are advertising on Facebook that you can get 30 cents off with mobile pay. This is interesting being that the app still doesn’t work. After we attempt to use the app then the pump gives us issues. This is all very frustrating.
