Very glitchy. ### 1/5 — Auto updates *2024-05-17* Why doesn’t app auto update? If I haven’t used in a week or two it will not synchronize unless I delete app and reinstall. ### 1/5 — Seems buggy *2023-10-19* Issues with syncing back to server. Have spent hours of effort writing reports only to get message back informing there is an issue with syncing. Was told to update the app. By doing so all my info I had written that was not synced was lost. Another time I synced or so I thought only to later find that it did not actually update on the server. Again lost work because I had to reinstall the app. I am using an brand new iPad 11 pro with IOS 17.0.3 ### 5/5 — Surprisingly Good *2021-02-04, version 3.8.1* We used this app for about 1 year now and in the beginning there were many features but most of all we chose it for it’s visuals. We believe that the more visual the CRM the more staff will benefit and therefore use but most of all, the ability to automate and configure was the part that sold us. 12 months on and there have been so many features added that I felt I had to pen my opinion about this.
