I only use it to track my cigarettes, but it is awesome for knowing how long ago I had my last, and if I should wait for the next.

This app has really helped me in my attempt to quit smoking. I can easily track the numbers of cigarettes I used and achieve my goals in cutting down on smoking. Love the interface, simple and intuitive
