Die Bohnen werden in meinen Filialen direkt gutgeschrieben und die erste Prämie habe ich ohne Diskussion eingelöst. Unterwegs finde ich mit der Suche schnell die nächste Filiale. Jahre später versuchen was bei starbucks geklappt hat ### 1/5 — Keine Punkte oder Vorteile an der Raststätte *2024-07-14* Das Personal von Coffee Fellows an einer Raststätte kannte nicht mal die App und konnte es nicht scannen. D.h. weder Punkte gesammelt noch irgendein Rabatt. ### 4/5 — Gute App, schwache Akzeptanz *2024-05-27* Ich bin häufig bei Coffee Fellows und nutze dabei auch gerne die App. Mir gefällt das Bonusprogramm und der Rabatt von 10%. Leider kann ich sehr oft nicht von den Vorteilen profitieren, weil viele Coffee Fellows Filialen (besonders an Bahnhöfen) die App nicht akzeptieren. Außerdem funktioniert die Kartenansicht im Filialfinder nur, wenn der Standort geteilt wird und dann auch nur in einem begrenzten Gebiet. Das sollte unbedingt verbessert werden! Dann gibt‘s auch 5 Sterne ⭐️ ### 2/5 — Nicht zu empfehlen *2024-05-15* Also ich muss sagen das bei mir die App nicht funktioniert. Zweimal angemeldet und trotzdem immer nur „fehlerhafter Scan beim Store.
