Most of the the time you can only order from one cafe, and sometimes they turn online ordering off completely and then never turn it back on. Drink and food menus are rarely updated. Why even bother at this point?

Works for what it needs to do but would love to have the ability to add my loyalty card to my Wallet, so I didn’t have to find the app, and try to load it every time.

Some of the best coffee in Town. App is functional and checks all the boxes for what the Hound needs. Get those rewards!

The app worked well initially, now the payment card functionality doesn’t work correctly. Because of this I can no longer order through the app because there is no way to pay. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, so far reporting this issue to technical support has done nothing to fix the problem as there has been no response.
